Founded over 100 years ago (1925), strong track record in organizing international youth sailing events.
Club Náutico Mar del Plata has a strong track record in organizing international youth sailing events in South America. The club has hosted the Semana Internacional de Yachting since 1964, the IODA World Championship in 1992... and the Optimist World Championship in 2024 - more than 7 major international events.
